H2O Wireless MMS configuration for iPhones is automatic but sometimes if the handset requires setting up manually you can follow below steps to Configure MMS<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Solution 1<\/span><\/strong>: Turn off your iPhone, Insert the H2O Wireless SIM Card to your iPhone then turn your phone back on. This should reset your configuration to H2O Wireless automatically.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Solution 2<\/span><\/strong>: If you still are not able to send or receive MMS then reset the network settings and then turn your iPhone off and then turn it on. This should reset the configuration to H2O Wireless.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Settings -> Mobile Data -> Mobile Data Options -> Mobile Data Network -> Reset Settings -> Select Reset<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Solution 3<\/span><\/strong>: If the above 2 solutions do not work then follow the below Manual set up<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Tap Settings<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  2. Tap Mobile Data \/ Cellular Data<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  3. Tap Mobile Data options \/ Cellular Data Options<\/strong> (*For some operators this cellular data options should be disabled)<\/li>\r\n
  4. Select Mobile Data Network \/ Cellular Data Network<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  5. Go to MMS <\/strong>Section,<\/li>\r\n
  6. Under\u00a0 MMS <\/strong>Section, in the APN<\/strong> field, enter Prodata<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  7. Tap return<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  8. Under MMS <\/strong>Section, in the Username<\/strong>, enter none<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  9. Tap return<\/strong>.<\/li>\r\n
  10. Under MMS <\/strong>Section, in the Password<\/strong>, enter none <\/strong>and press OK<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  11. Tap return<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  12. Under MMS <\/strong>section, in the MMSC <\/strong>field, enter http:\/\/mmsc.mobile.att.net<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  13. Tap return<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  14. Under MMS <\/strong>section, in the MMS Proxy<\/strong>, enter proxy.mobile.att.net<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  15. Tap return<\/strong><\/li>\r\n
  16. Under MMS <\/strong>section, in the MMS Max Message Size<\/strong>, enter (Value not found<\/strong>)<\/li>\r\n
  17. Tap Back icon<\/strong><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    The new MMS profile is now configured and ready to use<\/p>\r\n
